Manchester Hardee’s hosted the Biscuit Baker Challenge Regionals August 5th
Manchester, Iowa, was selected again this year to host the Biscuit Baker Regionals. Each year, Hardee’s asks every restaurant to identify its best biscuit baker, with finalists selected to compete at regionals. Four contestants participated and gave it their all. Each baker prepared four trays of biscuits, then chose the tray they felt best represented Hardee’s standards. Judges evaluated each contestant’s process from start to finish, as well as the final biscuits’ color, weight, fluffiness, and shape. All four bakers made Hardee’s proud.
